The guide lists only resources that deal primarily with nursing and health-related topics. 

Because nursing includes many disciplines such as biology, psychology, sociology, education, and business management you may need to consult resources in those fields also.

DynaMed is an evidence-based "clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals."  The DynaMed Weekly Update is compiled by the clinicians of the DynaMed Editorial Team who each week select one to five articles "most likely to change clinical practice."
