You can limit results if you know a specific author, title, call number, and keyword. 

The Library provides access to more than 300,000 full-text ebooks.  Most of these can be downloaded on to devices and smart phones.  Many allow a specified number of pages to be printed or copied.  The following collections contain significant numbers of ebooks and there is coverage in all disciplines.

Use the library catalog to locate books in the Marshall University libraries.

The Subject Search requires you to use Library of Congress Subject Headings. The following Library of Congress Subject Headings can be used to locate books in the Marshall University libraries:

• Physical education for children
• Sports
• Sport Medicine
• Sport Injuries
• Exercise
• Exercise therapy

You can also use the Keyword Search  to locate additional books for your topic. Suggested keyword terms include:

• Biomechanics
• Functional Training
• Plyometrics
• Sport Conditioning
• Sport Training
• Sports Power
• Strength Training

Another way to locate books is to browse in ranges of call numbers.  Remember that you can find books in these ranges in the Drinko Library, the Morrow Library, and the Health Sciences Library.
