Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine is the largest act of conventional military aggression on the European continent since World War II. Its conduct raises a host of critical issues for Ukraine and the West. This panel will discuss the military and strategic aspects of this crisis, and their implications for U.S. and other nations' responses.
