Library Display Requests: Home

Members of the Marshall and Huntington communities may use this information to learn about the procedures for requesting a display in Drinko Library.

John Deaver Drinko Library, located on the campus of Marshall University, has a variety of spaces for displays. These display areas have been used to highlighted parts of our collection, hold art exhibits, commemorate historical events, and recognize national observances, among other things.

The vision of Marshall University is: To inspire learning and creativity that ignites the mind, nurtures the spirit, and fulfills the promise of a better future. All library displays must align with the mission, vision, and creed of Marshall University, which can be found here: https://www.marshall.edu/mission/

This guide will:

  • describe the spaces used for displays,
  • provide information about who is eligible to request a display,
  • outline the time needed to implement different types of displays,
  • link to the submission form,
  • present a gallery of previous displays, and
  • present a calendar of scheduled upcoming displays.
