Introduction to MU Libraries: Home

Provides an overview of library services and how to do research.

Welcome to MU Libraries

MU Libraries

This guide offers a brief overview of how to conduct research using Marshall University's resources. In reading through this tutorial, you will gain an understanding as to how conducting academic or scholarly research using the library's tools differs from using more common means of finding information (Google, etc.). You will also be introduced to some of the reasons why it is preferable to conduct research using the scholarly resources available through the university library.

If you need further assistance, please click the Ask a Librarian link below, where you can contact a librarian about any questions you may have. You can also find information about scheduling research consultations with a librarian.
