Your Cabell County Public Library card gives you access to hundreds of thousands of library materials, both physical and digital. Anyone can apply and your card can be used at any public library facility in Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, Putnam, and Wayne counties in the state of West Virginia.
As part of the National Library Services for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS), Library of Congress, the Library for the Blind and Print Disabled loans recorded materials and Braille materials to state residents who are unable to read or use standard print due to impairment, visual or physical, or reading disability. The Library provides direct library services to more than 2,500 West Virginians who cannot utilize standard size print.
