Library Events, Displays, and Exhibits: The Giving Palm Book Drive

The Marshall University Libraries is hosting a book drive to benefit The Giving Palm, a charity group focused on providing books and programing to hospitalized youth. 

Now through the end of Homecoming, we encourage campus and community individuals and groups to participate in this effort and show your Marshall spirit.  Donations can be made in a couple of ways.

• First, you can go to www.thegivingpalm.org and click on their DONATE button.  This will bring you to their Amazon wishlist of titles that you can have sent directly to the program.
• Second, you can bring physical copies of children and teens books to the Drinko Library Lobby.  From here we will work with The Giving Palm to get the books into the hands of youth at local hospitals or into the Little Free Libraries throughout Huntington, WV.

Currently, the Giving Palm does not have an option for monetary donations.
