Marshall Libraries in the Community

Little Free Libraries

Did you know the Marshall University Libraries supports numerous Little Free Libraries in our community?

When we receive donations that can't be used for our library collections, we take those materials out and about to Little Free Libraries around town, including two specially built Marshall M bookshelves that can be found at the Yeager and Tristate Airports.

Community Events

The Marshall University Libraries not only support our Marshall University family, but we actively work to support our surrounding community as well.  We do this through planning events like HerdCon and our annual Spring Art Exhibition, as well as through participating in community events like the WV Makes Festival and the Huntington Open for All Picnic.

Would you like to see us at a particular event?  Let us know!
