The Mission of the HSL Cookbook is simply this:
To bring us together through the sharing of food and recipes. And therefore the sharing of culture, tradition, innovation, friendship, laughter; you name it.
The HSL Cookbook is a pathway to envisioning collaboration and strength. Understanding and recognition.
Both in our professions and in our humanity.
