An instructional designer for Marshall's Design Center, Heidi also has fourteen years of experience teaching in-person, virtual, and online composition courses at her former institution in Nashville, TN. She has her Ph.D. in English, with a focus on composition and rhetoric, and her MA is in Creative and Media Writing from Swansea University in Wales. Her work has been published in The Journal of Multimodal Rhetorics, Teaching English in the Two-Year College, and The Community College Library: Reference and Instruction.
