Kids.gov
This government portal for children offers art resources with additional information for teachers. Information is organized by grade level.
Library of Congress - American Memory
Pictures, art, music, film, and books have been digitized. Other resources are available for students and teachers.

Collections of materials, lesson plans, and links to state education standards.
