Blackboard Quick Start for Faculty Delivering Courses Remotely: Home

Created due to COVID-19 university closure, faculty quarantine, or student quarantine.

This LibGuide is for faculty members who may need to cancel class due to inclement weather, illness, or any other event that may keep students or faculty members from being on campus. It is not completely comprehensive, but will have enough information for faculty to continue their courses in case of emergency. If you have any questions, or need any assistance, please email OnlineLearning@marshall.edu or send us a message in the right hand column for immediate assistance during business hours (M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Distance Education Support Community

Online Learning is utilizing Microsoft Teams as a way to quickly answer faculty questions, share information, host live events, training videos, and meetings. Teams has replaced Skype for Business and can be used in a variety of ways – for committees, departments, learning communities, even classrooms. Join us for Tuesday Tech Talks at Two! The schedule and links for these events are found in our team:
