What are the library privileges for Faculty?

Book Checkout for Full-time Faculty: one year. Part-time Faculty: entire semester.

Video Checkout: 7 days, but Faculty can request longer checkout times. There is a 6 title limit and video/DVD fines are $1 per day.

Faculty can check out iPads for one week at a time.

We also encourage you to speak to our collection development librarian, Christine Lewis at 304-696-4356 or If funds are available, we will make every effort to obtain the resources you need to support your research and teaching.  You can also use the online purchase request form at
